The philosophy of the curriculum is to provide students with knowledge and business skills that will enable them to succesfully compete in full or part-time college programs or to immediately enter into the world of work as accomplished, carrer oriented individuals. Thus, the students may take advantage of the unlimeted opportunities in both today's academic and business environments. Furthermore, our department maintains modern, state-of-the-art equipment, and this enables us to meet our goal of training students for the tremendously growing scholastic and career opportunities in both college and contemporary industry. In essence, we feel that our students' futures are our business.
Students will be provided with comprehensive training in a core area of business. Hence, they will have both the intellectual and in-depth skill training necessary for the job performance. Additionally, students who complete the program will have the following choices: immediate job entry, further education or job entry and evening school college.
Aditionally, we offer a part-time cooperative education program where students who work on the books part time after school, can earn up to four business elective credits in their junior and senior years.
